I rate this company one star . Honestly, it really should be rated a zero . I didn’t have a choice, but to give it a star to write a review . Whatever, you do, do not go to this company for any future help. It is a complete waste of time. I am writing this to save and prevent another person the aggravation and problems I unfortunately experienced. To prevent what happened to me so it doesn’t happen to anybody else. This company PICC employees are scam artist and plays games with people and their time and lives. Whatever , you do , Do not I repeat. Do not go to them . This company initially set up an appointment with me and then canceled the appointment with me.They rescheduled the appointment and asked me to sign a contract. They are quick to have you sign a contract and are polite at the time of only the contract signing. I signed a contract with them in good faith that they would take care of my roof from the storm issue problems I was having. Since, I Have been overwhelmed with my own problems , such as, my nephew had died, as well as three other family members. Also, I am, experiencing health issues myself and also my mother is very ill, so I am very overwhelmed . That is the only reason why I wanted to hire this company . For them to take care of and handle things for me so that I did not have to. Instead of handling things for me, they caused me more aggravation. They set up three different appointments for me. I accommodated them with these three different appointments and changed my schedule and waited all day and they were no-shows and rescheduled on me. They lied to me and told me that it was my insurance company was the one who canceled, when they were the ones who canceled. I found out from my insurance company , that they were the ones who canceled . Then, I caught them in several other lies. This company only is in it for the money. They don’t care about you or how are you were impacted from a storm. Or your personal life. Then when I asked to cancel the contract, they refused to and told me to think about it. They also told me that I could not cancel the contract and gave me every excuse in the world and told me they had Claims to this contract . This company is quick to sign a contract with you however ,does not answer telephone calls or keeps appointments at all . However ,if you try to cancel the contract with them, they’ll blow up your phone or they’ll blow up your phone and harass you on the phone for leaving a bad review. so that’s the only time they take initiative to care is when you want to cancel the contract or leave a bad review .I hope that this is a good warning for you not to go to this company. I hope this gives insight and some clarification . Do not go to them at all. Save yourself. They had no concern about me and what I’m going through, they only care about money, not individual and their lives. Run as far as you can, don’t sign any contracts with them at all. I am re-editing this post because they called me up harassing me on the phone. They give you misinformation on the phone and don’t send you a cancel contract. This company plays games. Run they were very quick to respond when you leave a bad review however , they do not keep appointments or answer questions or answer the business phone and cancel appointments very disorganized company. They lie as well I never canceled appointments they did and claimed it was my insurance company. That is why I am writing this review. It is amazing that they are responding to my review, and that they canceled every appointment with me and kept rescheduling and don’t answer the phone calls . I really wish they put all this energy and effort that they are writing to respond to my review and I wish they put it into keeping appointments and answering the phone.
